Location of this home was very close to the coast. The interior of this home is extremely nice. The design and decor are amazing. Someone put alot of thought and effort into the details and it shows. It smelled really nice when we walked in and ALL the bedding and blankets smelled amazing which you don't find often in rentals. You could tell everything wash fresh washed. Host was easy to contact and communication was great. This home comes with extra things to enjoy the beach and an outdoor shower to rinse sand off. We didn't go to the beach but did notice those things.The only negative is that they had dead termites on the floors in the master bath and closet. Also the back porch looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Way to dirty to enjoy it. NOT enough negative to keep me from coming back. Cause besides those 2 minor things the house was very nice, clean, and smelled amazing.

We had an overall pleasant stay. The host was very accommodating. We enjoyed the room and amenities provided. It did get pretty warm in the kids room but there was a tower fan in every room so that was nice of them.
