About this house rental
Your cozy getaway awaits in the Vail Valley at this amazing house with spectacular views and an ideal location as golf, pickleball courts and the best hiking/biking trails just outside our doors. Perched atop Whiskey Hill, this stunning mountain modern house, offers a luxurious retreat and is perfect for small or large group getaways, with 6 bedrooms, including a bunk room with 3 queen bunk beds as well as a 3 car garage. Enjoy the convenience of a chefs kitchen, WiFi, laundry machines, a hot tub, game rooms including a poker table, air hockey, foosball, and ping-pong table as well as multiple TVs throughout.
The Powder Haus is located, conveniently between Vail ski resort and Beaver Creek ski resort. With breathtaking views of the Vail Valley and beyond, this spacious home is designed for entertaining and relaxation. The expansive great room features, a soaring ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows, seamlessly, connecting the indoors with the outdoors. Step out onto the enormous deck for a soak in the hot tub or to take in the breathtaking views of the valley or gather in the dining and living rooms to entertain while still viewing the outside. For outdoor enthusiast, this home is a paradise with close and easy access to golf courses, hiking trails, ski slopes, mountain bike trails, pickleball, tennis, swimming and all the amazing activities surrounding the Vail Valley.
Please note that this home has a 3-car garage and requires a SUV with four-wheel-drive for winter months due to the driveway slope. It is maintained regularly. For an extra expense, we have an onsite caretaker that is able to be your personal chef, mountain ski/snowboard/mountain bike guide.

~ Guest entry instructions: this rental utilizes a smart lock, a digital lock that requires a unit code to enter. This code is reset after each guests stay.
