The cost of heating the pool at this property is not included in the nightly rate. The pool will be heated to 80 degrees. If you want the pool set to 85 degrees, an additional $65 a day will be added to the $250 total. If you want the pool set to 90 degrees, an additional $75 a day will be added to the $250 total.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 250 per stay must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We went for a family reunion and they had plenty of beds for us. The kitchen room and dining area are open and it lets everyone be together. The couches were awesome! They were big and nobody was left out. There's big windows so you can look out at the red desert landscape. The proximity to Zion and sand hollow is awesome. There is plenty of opportunity for adventure for all ages. Or if you feel more like doing games, swimming and movies, there's plenty of room for all of that. Loved our stay here!!
