This lovely farm home is nestled in horse country on 7 acres, with oversized rooms & picturesque views overlooking the pasture. Features include spacious 2 BR/1.5 BA, LR, Kitchen w/ dishwasher, convection microwave, gas stove top, electric oven, double sink, full refrigerator, laundry room, oversized closets & windows throughout, screened in porch, natural gas grill, high speed internet, & a 1 Smart TVs.
Notes: Guests are not permitted to light fires in fireplace. Owner's apartment on premise, with separate entrance.
Rental period: 3 night min to 1 month max. Possible month to month. Non-smoking. Pets welcome. Self-service horse pasture or stall boarding at no additional charge for one horse for first week, subject to availability.
Payment: Payments must be made online thru VRBO. No exceptions. Questions regarding payments should be directed to VRBO.
Exterior access: Rental includes access to ~ .5 wooded, sloped acres immediately around the house, fenced dog run & doggie door, screened porch, & wrap around porch with rocking chairs. Ample parking area in paved driveway w/ basketball hoop. Rental does NOT include access to pastures/barn areas (unless guest brings a horse.)
