The secluded seaside villa at the coast offers a dream holiday in a peaceful and private place known for its natural beauty, spectacular panoramic sea views, and sunsets. The villa is at the stone-walled property surrounded by terraced gardens of aromatic Mediterranean vegetation, and a private swimming pool overlooking the sea only a few steps above a private beach, a rocky seafront tamed by a spacious pier - the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Dubrovnik’s sunny and warm weather.
The private pool is equipped with deck chairs, sunbeds, and a shower, and is a perfect place to relax.
The villa features 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a satellite flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen, and 3 bathrooms with a walk-in shower and a hot tub. The villa has a large summer kitchen with a big stone table and a barbeque.
Located just a 6-minute walk from Vrbica Beach and 0.4 miles from Lozica Beach, Tri Brata Beach is a 14-minute walk, while Orlando Column is 4.4 miles away. Lozica is a short 5km drive from the Old Town of Dubrovnik – the 'Pearl of the Adriatic', where you can explore the historical and cultural heritage of this unique centuries-old World heritage site.
