About this villa rental
Enjoy this spacious house located in the very desirable Sousa Beach neighborhood. Enjoy the refreshing pool or beautiful ocean. Gaze upon the ocean & mountain views from the main second floor terrace or the third floor tiki. A grocery store is just a few minutes walk from the house. Restaurants & Bars are across the street on Sousa Beach or in downtown Sousa, a 5 minute walk. Enjoy Fishing, Diving, Kiteboarding, Waterfalls, Ziplining, or Simply Relaxing...then this is your Vacation Destination.
The space
This unique property is surrounded by a privacy wall with electronic gate access. The garden & pool area is lush with palms, orchids, or many other tropical plants. The indoor/outdoor living space is cozy but spacious. The bedrooms are huge. You can grill on a large propane grill on the 2nd floor terrace or down by the pool.
Guest access
You have exclusive use of the pool area, the entire 2nd floor unit (3 bedrooms/3bathrooms) and 3rd floor tiki, which is shown in the photos. There is a laundry room on the 1st floor with access from the side driveway. Guests will NOT have access to the downstairs unit being renovated (however, NO renovations occur while guests are staying on the property). Guests will not have access to the storage room or equipment room.
Other things to note
As of April 2026 the owner of a nearby property is clearing their vacant lot and will begin construction soon which could increase noise Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. We are told construction will be intermittent. Please reach out to us prior to booking, so we can provide you updates on the statis of that project. We want you to have an enjoyable stay when you visit.
The government's power supply is fairly reliable. However, the property does have battery and generator backup power supply, which powers most of the house during any short-term outage.
NO illegal drug use on the property or other illegal activities.

Our family of 4 spent 10 nights in this home. We absolutely loved the property. Very clean, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked. It had everything for a wonderful stay.
3 bedroom - 3 bathroom. All stocked with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and plenty of towels. The kitchen came equipped with all pots/pans, appliances and dishes that you could ever need. I think there was probably place settings for 12 people available.
The home owners happened to be at the property when we arrived, and they handled the check in themselves. Showed us everything we needed to know about the property and were very thorough and pleasant.
Kathleen was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay, and Tomas the maintenance worker was helpful and polite daily.
My family would like to thank Kathleen and her husband for the use of their beautiful home and would recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in the sosua area.
