The house is nice, pretty and cozy, just like in the pictures. The beds and mattresses are good, the bedding is new and clean. But it needs some improvements. The floor downstairs was dirty and sticky. It looked like a greasy diner floor. The dishes were dirty, and there was some silverware with food residue that had probably been left in the drawer without being washed. There was no grill, which is an important item for a vacation home. But we ended up buying a portable one to use. The trash bags only contained what was in the trash can, there were no others to replace. The food disposer in the sink didn't work and was clogged, and the toilet upstairs was also broken. But overall the house is nice and in a great location. Another important point is that Vacasa has terrible customer service. We sent a message to talk about the broken items and nothing, they simply ignore us. We've had this terrible experience with Vacasa in the winter. Where the mountain house had broken things including the hot tub and they didn't respond and didn't fix anything. In other words, we have to count on the luck of not having anything broken, because it won't be fixed and much less responded to by customer service.

Host was wonderful and very responsive. Check-in was no problem at all. Few things needed: dust pan, tissue holder in restroom, working can opener, fix garbage disposal not draining and better blankets on beds.
