About this house rental
Expansive Victorian Inn just 5 minute walk from Bryant Pond. Built in the early 1900s, it is decorated in country Victorian style and offers a unique blend of architectural details and modern conveniences. Can sleep up to 30 guests. Close to Sunday River, Bethel and all those towns have to offer. A perfect getaway for a family reunion, church group, corporate retreat. Ski, swim, enjoy the mountains!

The hot tub was a hit. There was plenty of room. Kids loved the house. Property needed attention; windows without screens, ceiling had a piece of plywood screwed into it, but it still leaked; some guests got headaches--maybe mold? (cellar was damp). the wrap around porch did need paint but it was a great area to congregate. There is a beautiful lake just a few hundred yards away. Just be careful of the little ones crossing. It is a state highway. Use the cross walk for sure. No real beach, but it has a dock to jump off. Kids loved it. It was great for canoeing etc.and swimming.
