Welcome to this marvelous house in Spur. This charming property boasts 3 cozy bedrooms - 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. With 2 lovely bathrooms featuring a bathtub and shower, guests will feel right at home. The living room offers extra space with 2 comfy sofa beds for relaxation. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house. Laundry room is shared space with a local chiropractor on the weekends from 9-5. you will be notified in advance when and if he will be in the office. This property was a happy accident for our group. When the place we were staying in Lubbock fell through at the last minute we found this cool house in Spur. Although we only stayed one night we found the house very comfortable. The living areas were perfect for hanging out with friends. Although we didn't get a chance to use it the back patio would have been great for a cooking out.
The facilities were nice. It had the feel of your grandmother's house with the familiar touches that you would find in many houses from that era. Even though it had older feel it was very clean and comfortable.
Everyone in the group loved it.
