About this villa rental
Nestled amidst the tranquil embrace of ancient olive trees, Villa degli Olivi offers a haven of serenity and sophistication. Located a short stroll into the cobblestoned paths of Spello along a flat, tree lined lane, this recently renovated Villa blends modern luxury with timeless elegance, boasting 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and space for 2 additional guests with the pull-out sofa. A well-appointed studio apartment with kit/bath/laundry is also available for an additional cost.
The space
Villa degli Olivi is a beautifully renovated villa on extensive manicured grounds with a salt water pool at the base of a 100 tree ancient olive grove. The Villa is fully equipped with modern amenities, appliances, and conveniences along with everything you will need to create an Umbrian feast for a large group of friends and family to be enjoyed in the cozy dining room, al fresco under the shaded arbor, or at the rustic tables at the top of the olive grove with panoramic views!
After a long day of "la dolce vita" and a meal under the stars, retire to the cozy embrace of the luxuriously appointed living room and bedrooms with modern baths including full sized showers.

Step out the front door directly onto the Via di Francesco - The Way of St. Francis. Following in the footsteps of St. Francis step out the gate and turn right to hike or bike the 10 kilometers through the olive groves to Assisi - location of the birthplace, and tomb, of St. Francis.
Hikers, bikers, and lovers of nature will find endless trails and views on Mt. Subasio, located directly behind the property. A short drive - or intense hike/bike through the olive groves and along the Roman Acquadotto trail - to this peaceful, unpopulated nature preserve.
Guest access:
Guests have full access to the entire house and property, including the olive grove, grounds, and pool.
The studio apartment at the back of the Villa is available at an additional cost.
