About this villa rental
Here we are offering our beautiful detached villa with a private pool. It is located in Les Tres Cales, about 20 km south of Miami Playa.
Since the house spans two floors, each with two bedrooms and a bathroom, it’s also perfect for two families.
Dogs are also welcome here; thanks to the fencing, which is at least 1.5 meters high, they cannot “escape.”
The villa features a garage with direct access to the interior.
Inside, you’ll find state-of-the-art technology and comfortable furnishings.
The villa is situated in a quiet, outlying area of the Les Tres Calas residential community, just 4 minutes from the famous sandy beach of Cala Forn.
The lower level features a large living/dining room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a 140 cm-wide bed and the other a 180 cm-wide bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (Senseo Taps), contact grill, and everything you need.
The large dining table seats up to 8 people, and in the living room, you can enjoy a little downtime in front of the TV on a fully electric couch. Board games for all ages have also been provided; these can be found in the living room cabinet.
In the garage, next to the boiler room, there is a laundry room and a chest freezer.
Opposite the front door, in the entryway, there is a built-in closet that serves as a coat closet.
There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms features an en suite bathroom with access to a large balcony offering a beautiful view of the sea and a great seating area. The bed is 180 cm wide with fully electric adjustable slatted frames. The other bedroom on the upper floor features a 140-cm-wide bed.
We’ve also thought of our little guests. A crib, a changing table, and a high chair are available free of charge. The crib is located on the upper floor, in front of the master bedroom.
For our older guests, we provide a shower stool and two grab bars that can be individually mounted.
We have air conditioning (additional charge of €10 per day) and oil heating throughout the villa, so it can be used year-round.
In the living room, you’ll find a beautiful fireplace for cozy evenings.
The villa has satellite TV in two bedrooms and in the living room. A Switch docking station is connected to the TV in the living room.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. In addition, a state-of-the-art alarm system and a CO2 and smoke detector have been installed.
The garden features plenty of patio furniture and sun loungers to ensure you enjoy maximum relaxation during your stay. There is also a newly designed outdoor shower and a great barbecue area.
The automatically irrigated garden is landscaped with beautiful Mediterranean plants, which extend the villa’s special charm to the outdoor area!
As a special highlight, you can also use our heat pump for the pool—newly installed this year—during the shoulder season (a separate weekly fee of 30.- applies).

MinThe minimum rental period is 7 days during the high season and 5 days during the low season
For shorter rental periods, we unfortunately have to charge a surcharge. However, this is possible upon request!
Final cleaning: 250.-€
Security deposit: 300.- (refunded upon departure)
Bed linens and towels (one large and one small per person) are included in the price, as is Wi-Fi.
If you would like a mid-stay cleaning during your stay at our villa, this can be arranged for a small fee!
The Area Around Tres Cales: Tres Cales is the largest residential community in Ametlla de Mar. It’s located on the coast, so there are several beautiful beaches just a few minutes’ drive from the villa. Saint Jordi Beach also has a historic castle nearby.
