Casa do Loureiro is a beautifully renovated 3-storey villa in Funchal, Madeira, offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the city. Thoughtfully decorated with attention to detail, the property feels like a true home away from home.
The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped private kitchen, and a convenient wc social (toilet and sink). The kitchen has everything you need: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and full crockery and cutlery. Step outside to the private fenced garden with seating, ideal for outdoor dining.
The first floor has 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and 2 full bathrooms with shower—one of which is en-suite. The top floor features a wonderful rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the ocean and Funchal, perfect for relaxing or working remotely.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, two TVs, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, bed linen, and towels. The property has a private entrance, 2 on-site parking spaces, and street parking available nearby.
A bakery and grocery store are just a 5-minute walk away. The old town and waterfront are reachable on foot or by regular bus service. Maximum capacity: 6 adults. Adults only. No pets, no smoking, no events.

Casa Do Loureiro was spacious, very clean, and very well decorated. It was comfortable, and included a third floor outdoor balcony with a view of the Atlantic and surrounding neighborhood. There were a couple of bus stops within blocks of the apartment, making it relatively easy to make to downtown Funchal (a 20-minute ride).Beyond the property, the host (Clara, an artist) was outstanding... very considerate, responsive, and professional. We were all terribly impressed with her.
