About this apartment rental
Beautiful and cosy apartment in a lordly building in an elegant street between Quirinale and Viminale famous hills (two of Rome's seven hills - the Quirinale is the Italian Republic President residence).
Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Imperial Fora, Piazza Venezia and Opera Theater are all within a 15 mins walking radius.
The Colosseum or the Pantheon are just 20 mins walk away.
Easy to reach all other Rome historic sightseeing spots because Repubblica metro stop is just 6 mins walk away.
The apartment has a double bedroom (bed size 170 x 200 cms) with ensuite bathroom with shower, a living room with open kitchen and single sofa bed (bed size 120 x 195 cms - it will be prepared only in case of 3 guests booking), another bathroom with shower and a tiny balcony overlooking an internal cloister.
It is equipped with everything you need to make the most of your stay: free wi-fi, autonomous air conditioning (in the double bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating, microwave oven, Nespresso, kettle, and washing machine.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

- Private guided tours to archeology sites or museums.
- Rome private custom sightseeing tour in a golf cart.
- Cooking class and home dinner with a chef.
As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or longer than 14 days, a payment of € 110 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs € 30 to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Never leave the keys inserted in the inside keyhole of the apartment door.
If during the stay we have to come and open the apartment door because the keys have been forgotten inside, this has a cost of €25 till 7pm and 50€ after 7pm to be paid in cash to the staff member who will come to open the apartment.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

Roman Vibe was a perfect spot for our vacation. We wanted out of the hustle/bustle of the historic area of Rome (but also not too far) and we wanted the proximity to the Roma Termini station. The property and the owners exceeded every one of our expectations. We accidentally left a cell phone in the apartment on checkout at 5:45am and the owner VERY KINDLY expedited shipping of the cell phone back to the US very rapidly on a holiday weekend! We loved it and would definitely stay again.

This rental unit was as pictured and I am also including my photos as proof. I forgot to add the photos of the elevator too. Extremely convenient. It was situated close to shopping and so close to every tourist spot for visiting. We would often visit places at all points in time of the day. Donatella provides coffee, clothes soap for the washing machine, drying racks, hair dryer, soap and shower products. She makes it feel like a home away from home. She leaves a directory of eating establishments and hints to make your stay a success. It was a true diamond of a find. You won’t be sorry if you are lucky to stay here. She also organized our care free ride back to leave Rome.
