Great location. Pictures are spot on to expectations. Lot's of room for everyone to relax and find peace. Parking is tight. Parking can accommodate only one electric vehicle.

As a Parent and Grandparent finding a family vacation spot that meets our criteria is not easy. Criteria: Sleeps 12, has adequate living space for that crew (ages 7 - 70) and is located near a wide variety of activity options. The Hamilton was exactly as advertised and met every expectation for our family vacation. One important detail to mention, when something unexpected happens you find out how good (or not) your property management organization is. We had that experience during our stay. An unexpected problem arose, I called Upscale's contact number and in less than 1 hour their maintenance team was in and out, problem resolved. Exceptional! The Hamilton is on our return visit list.

Our experience staying at this property surpassed our expectations on many levels. The condo is beautifully decorated, very spacious and was equipped with EVERYTHING to make for a pampered stressless experience. The beds were very comfortable which can make or break a restful vacation.The neighborhood was peaceful and we loved walking to Woosah Coffee most mornings. The weather was amazing so we spent most days at Oval Beach. The downtown area of Douglas and Saugatuck was full of cute shops and great restaurants. Thanks for making our first family vacation to Michigan very memorable! We’ll be back!
