The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

The location was perfect for us in Arlington and convenient to be able to walk to things, like Whole Foods and other shopping. The place itself could have been cleaner--I noticed dusty baseboards and there was a loofah in the shower from a previous guest. Also just be aware that the apartment is sparsely appointed and we got two partial rolls of toilet paper for our stay. The property manager does communicate about only providing supplies for one day.

Easy to get in and out. The Lennox staff was very helpful and friendly.
Email communication with customer service was pretty hostile without provocation. The first email I got from them wasn’t bad but had a lot of fines spelled out. The day before I left, another email came that was mostly spelling out the fees and penalties for for a late checkout. Felt like they expected me to be late without talking to them first when I was leaving 6 hours before checkout! The whole correspondence piece was unpleasant.
