About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 87 m² single-storey house for rent in Cancale, 1.5 km from the Saussaye beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive 36 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 36 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: pull-out bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 60 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather: garden table and chairs for 8 people, 3 sun loungers with individual parasols and a large parasol for the table.
The house is ideally located in Cancale, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo, 14 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes-Bretagne 80 km away
