For all bookings made after May 30th, 2025, electricity usage is included in your booking total for stays up to 7 nights.
For reservations longer than 7 nights, an additional electricity charge will apply and will be requested separately through Airbnb’s Resolution Center prior to check-in. The nightly rate for extended stays varies by property and ranges from $15 to $25 per night.
Please note that access to the home may be restricted until the electricity payment has been received.
All bookings made prior to May 30th,2025, will be given a $10 nightly electricity usage allowance. An electric meter reading will be conducted at check-in and out. If a guest has used less than $10 of electricity per day, there will be no additional payment required; however, if the $10 nightly allowance total is exceeded, our management team will be contacting you for the additional payment . The guest will be responsible for paying the remaining balance, which will be calculated at $0.16 per kilowatt of electricity usage.
Please note: We provide a starter package of essentials, including detergent, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed throughout their stay.

The host was very friendly and responded quickly to our questions. The property is BEAUTIFUL and very well appointed. We had pots and pans large enough to cook for 9 guests. There were plenty of glasses, plates, silverware and cooking utensils (unlike many places we have rented). The home was very clean and the pool area was fantastic. We had a wonderful time fishing from the dock. We also brought our own boat and fished the mangroves and mouth of the river with good success. BOATERS bring their own boat should know that you can’t keep your trailer at the property. We found a place to store ours at D & D”s off Pine Island Drive for 15 per day. Unfortunately the launch ramp is the opposite direction (and do not allow overnight trailer storage). It takes just under 1 hour to get from the closest ramp to the property and about 20 minutes to get to the storage facility. Plan to spend about 2 hours getting a boat to the house, trailer stored and back home. It was a little inconvenient but worth it for the property.

The property was nice and clean. But, we were very disappointed in the pool/spa at this property. It should not be listed as having a heated pool. If the spa heater was on, the pool heater could not be on. Therefore, we were not really able to use the pool because it was cold, and not comfortable. The spa didn't work for 2 days, the management had to come out and adjust something to get the spa working again. We were told the reason the pool was so cold was because the weather at night had been in the 50s. We have family in the Ft. Myers area that have heated pools, and even in the 50s, the pool is warm. Had we known, the pool would not have been heated enough to swim in, we would bot have picked this house.Also, there was a lot of animal hair on the furniture outside, when we went out to dinner, our slacks were covered in hair. There was clumps of hair in the drain outside. One of our family members is allergic to cats & dogs.
