Nestled on a private hillside with breathtaking ocean views, this family-friendly retreat is just a 5-minute drive from the beautiful sandy Oceanside City Beach. The backyard oasis features a pool, games, and a Traeger smoker for BBQ enthusiasts to enjoy while watching the kids play. Inside, you'll find a stylish design, luxurious amenities, a chef's kitchen, and an impressive record collection, ideal for music lovers. This property blends relaxation and entertainment for a memorable getaway.
Our property is nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. As you step through the front door, you'll be immediately captivated by the open, sunlit living room, where natural light streams in through La Cantina sliding doors. Inside, you'll find an artistic touch with a large record collection and a retro record player adorning the living room wall.
The home features two cozy front bedrooms, each outfitted with plush beds and hotel-quality linens. The master suite, located at the back of the house, is bathed in natural light from multiple angles, offering an ocean view and a stunning sunset view. On a clear day, Catalina Island can also be seen from the property!
The backyard is a family's paradise, complete with various seating areas and games around the pool, ensuring fun for all ages. Adults can relax in the sun while keeping an eye on the kids as they enjoy the pool.
On the right side of the house you will see a small side entrance, this entrance and side walkway is off limits to guests. We have a quiet long term tenant that lives in a detached unit under the house. You are welcome to say hi and ask him if you need anything during your stay. He is a very quiet and sweet man that you will not see much of at all.

Fun-filled stay. Nice, quaint house located at the end of a cul-de-sac. It has a lot of the amenities for a comfy stay. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Of note, the small room with twin beds is stuffy. There’s no ventilation going into this room, so we had to open the window at night and turn on the ceiling fan to circulate the air. Otherwise, it has everything we needed for a home away from home.

Amazing views & perfect location!! Our Host was amazing. Answers any messages timely. His helper who lives below the house was so nice. We will be sharing & booking this house again.

The Host - Daniel was outstanding...prompt on all requests and a great communicator. We appreciate his service and time. The house however needs a bit of love, mostly the outside space, it seemed tired and not as fresh as the photos portrayed. The furniture and pool area looked old. The fire pit was a big hit and the sunset view was beautiful. Inside was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with a new stove, microwave and refrigerator. The towels need a refresher and there needs to be an extra supply for back up. The neighbor hood was quiet but not a good fit to feel comfortable walking. All in all we felt a bit underwhelmed.
