About this house rental
Relax with the whole family at this completely renovated home on nearly 5 acres. Whether you choose to spend a day on the water or just at the property, you'll love your stay here. We are located just 4 miles from the closest Mark Twain Lake access, which has hiking trails as well. Fish, hunt, or love to explore small towns? This is the place for you. Everyone's favorite activity is sitting around the bonfire and looking for satellites. Plenty of parking. A small fishing pond is also available.
The entire home was gutted a rehabbed in 2022. All the systems are also brand new. The main floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open floorplan for living spaces. The lower level is also finished and provides an additional bunk room, day bed, and a living room with a pull-out couch. There is also a 3rd bathroom and laundry room in the lower level.
You will have access to the entire home and property. There is a large barn on the property as well that will be locked from access. However, you can use the outlets on the barn if needed to charge boat batteries or anything else.

Nice clean spacious place, had plenty of room in the home and outside to enjoy our stay. Enough space to park 2 trucks and a our pontoon, electric on the front of the garage made it easy to charge boat batteries. Covered area for grilling, nice deck to sit outside or covered front porch if needed. Second time we've stayed and it works well for us. We do an annual trip for my buddy and I, our boys and our dad's to all get together for a "guys trip". Toys and a trampoline that the boys enjoyed and games that we all enjoyed.

The property was perfect for sitting and relaxing at the end of the day, and the owners were very helpful and communicative. :-)

We enjoyed our stay and had a fabulous time. The house was super clean and everything that you need for a great stay. We really enjoyed spending time by the fire pit outside, the scenery was beautiful and relaxing and the wood stacked and ready was a special treat.
