    The hotel was beautiful and clean, the staff were great in accommodating for accessibility as my girlfriend needed a wheelchair. We were able to get throughout the hotel with the wheelchair the hotel provided us.

    Edensee is always a good choice whether its well-known in Dalat or the new Lam Dong’s Kega Beach. Back to Kega after 10 years, its a pleasant surprise that the place still keep its beautiful nature while this new resort added to more options for travel. Edensee Kega still on developing for extension but its facilities are already perfect for family with children: cozy rooms ( the shower needs to repair the water pressure); comfy huge bed; rocky but nice beach with the lighthouse view; cute infinity pool; good salt water pool with mini water park; great kid pool that separated from adult’s; dry slides We had a great weekend here even in the off-season. Staffs are greatttt!!!!

    We had a pleasant stay in this resort. But there are few things that we consider must be improved. 1st) They requested me to bring my passport, but later, they didn't need the original. Just a photo was enough. I am resident in Vietnam and I have the VNeID. Before to go, I asked them if it was possible to avoid bringing it but they said no. They pushed me to bring it for nothing... 2nd) We requested an upgrade to have a private swimming pool. They told us that we could share a pool if we upgrade to a room without a bathtub or a full private pool for a room with bathtub. We chose the second option but once we were in the new room, there was the option to share the pool anyway with the non-bathtub room guests. So, finally we paid for a more expensive room to get the same result... We were kind of disappointed... 3rd) The access to the beach is extremely dangerous. Very negative point. 4th) When we intended to do the check-out, they informed us that we had to wait because there was a tiny yellow spot on the bedsheets... Ofc, my wife got mad at them, first, we didn't make that tiny spot, and second, we paid for one of the most expensive rooms and they made us wait for that thing... Summarizing, except the access to the beach, the resort was amazing but the staff must learn a little more...
