Located in the desirable Casa Caballo subdivision, the guest home is minutes from Old town Gilbert, San Tan Mall, Old town Chandler and the Loop 202. This guest home has been completely renovated and highlights suburban feel tones of an energized community combined with the rural touches of an established neighborhood.
The space
This property features a remodeled full kitchen with granite counter tops, custom wood flooring, king size bed in the primary suite and new Queen sleeper in the living space. There is plenty of storage space in the primary closet and living space linen closet and a full sized laundry with hanging space. The newly renovated bathroom gives you a walk in shower and new home feel. Cable and WiFi in both the primary bedroom and living space keeps you connected. A dedicated work space with desk and executive chair offers you a comfortable spot to work when needed.
Arizona means enjoying outdoor space. The 'Granary' patio space overlooks our suburban pasture and an equestrian trail. This is a fabulous place to stay no matter what part of town you are traveling to. Being just north of the 202 allows you to travel to Phoenix, Scottsdale or anywhere in the valley in just minutes. Private parking off the street is just another perk that comes with this casita.

This rental had everything you need. I enjoyed the washer/drier, dishwasher and my own large patio w/a tv and fire pit. It’s the perfect spot, I’ll be staying here again.
