Lovely spacious house in a great location.
Lovely house with plenty of space. Kitchen was well fitted with utensils, crockery and glasses and decent size fridge freezer. 3 bathrooms was useful although the electric shower in the main bathroom wasn't the best - the ensuite shower was good so used this for showers and the main bathroom for kids baths. Room for 3 large cars on the drive but could also park on road if needed. Great location 2 mins walk to nearest pebbly beach. 10 mins walk to main beach, caldwalders ice cream shop (amazing), the castle or allports chippie - both great! Shops cafes, restaurants and of course Criccieth Castle. Also a pitch n put golf, bowling green and children's park within 5-10mins walk.
The blinds in the bedrooms let the sunlight in so would benefit from blackout curtains as well. Would have liked a long handled dustpan and brush for the kitchen floor. Beds were not very comfy in the upstairs bedrooms and the 2 single headboards kept falling off. The duvets were very warm - we took them out and just slept with the duvet covers. Would benefit from hooks on backs of bedroom/ bathroom doors to hang towels on. Shoe rack in the porch area would also be useful as 8 pairs of shoes got in the way a bit! Overall a great holiday for 3 generations of family would definitely recommend and return ourselves!

It’s a big property and can accommodate up to 8 adults
It wasn’t very clean and there is a leak in the en-suite bathroom. Also the bed’s mattress are not very comfortable
