Zona tranquilla in un condominio con centro commerciale a 30 mt bancomat vicini alla struttura

La proximité avec l'aéroport.. Le portail et accès sécurisés. La proximité avec le supermarché et vendeur de rue juste à côté pour les achats d'urgence La climatisation très efficace. Le parking sécurisé privé . Les équipements fonctionnels. le linge de lit,la couette et les essuies mis à disposition. La disponibilité du propriétaire . Donc c'est un bon choix de logement quand on n'a pas besoin de balcon et qu'on a une voiture pour sortir
Le bruit nocturne de la salle de fêtes juste à côté tout le weekend (mais c'est la vie). L'absence de rideau dans la douche italienne de la petite salle de bain fait que l'eau peut tout inonder. lMais cela peut s'arranger facilement avec un rideau adapté et une raclette 😊 Peut-être améliorer l'ergonomie des coussins et ce sera Top top

L’accueil a été exceptionnel, l’emplacement est également top. Oussama est d’une gentillesse rare et je n’hésiterais absolument pas à revenir dans cet appartement lors de ma prochaine visite à Tunis

صدقاً، هذا من افضل الخيارات الذي قمت بالحصول عليها موقع استراتيجي بجواره كل الخدمات التي تحتاجها، بجوارك مسجد قريب من المطار 7 دقائق بالسيارة، مأوى )كراج سيارة أمن. مدير السكن (أسامه) رجل جدع وشهم وصادق، يتعامل معنا كأهل وليس كزبون، ودائما يتصل بي يتطمئن او اذا كنت احتاج شي ، ويقوم مباشرة بانجاز المهمة ، ممتن جدا جدا لهذه التجربة. انصح بهذا المكان وبشدة
