The room was light and airy. The hostess was very helpful. The property was within walking distance to everything I wanted to visit
No elevator. My room was on the 2nd floor. The keys to the doors (3 in total) were a bit tricky to use but once I figured out the technique it was ok.

Bien ubicado, bonito y cómodo. La atención bien y fácil para el check out con retención de maletas, post check out
Mejorar coordinación de check in, porque el parking del sector es complejo.

The staff were lovely and the location in the lower part of Malasaña was great. Bed was very comfy. Aircon worked well. Bathroom was very clean. Kitchenette with fridge was useful although coffee pod supply could have been more generous ;-).
One of the reasons I chose this place was because I love having a little balcony to take in the street scenes. Unfortunately, the balcony was practically unusable and very unappealing. It had disused plastic pots for non-existent plants that were filled with cigarette butts. Half of the floor space was taken up by the aircon unit. Overall, the decor could use some attention. We could also hear the neighbour from the next room as if they were in ours.
