The location was easy to transit by bus or walk to the metro. We were close to a grocery store too which made it easy to get groceries on the way home as it was right next to the metro.
There were dehumidifiers and no AC, but thankfully the weather was cool and in the basement suit it made it doable. The light bulbs didn't fully work in the lamp by the bed so we needed to use the lightbulb in the lamp in the living room to shuffle it back and fourth but that's really minor.

Comfortable bed, cool during a heat wave, good location- bus stop across the street, 20 minute walk to subway, great park for kids nearby, and very friendly, thoughtful and helpful hosts.
