Wrap-Around Deck & Wildlife, Walk to Beach

The house was spacious and well equipped, they also provide beach towels. The beds were comfortable and the house is in decent condition.

It was not "steps to the beach" but a rather long 12 minute walk uphill along a very dusty gravel road. Some sections of the road are covered in a sticky substance, apparently this is for traction. I had to throw out my shoes because they got ruined, there is no sidewalk. There is an unofficial trail going toward the town centre, but still a long walk to get to the beach. To access the parking spot some of the road is washed out, so be careful if your car is low clearance.

I arrived feeling stressed and after ten days left feeling like a new person...the mellow energy and positive vibes from the people here was infectious...the sea is a step away and I watched sunrise and sunset every day...I slept to the sound of the waves, perfect! I did switch to another unit with own kitchen because it had become available since my booking so I did not stay in the smaller room and this review is really for the larger unit where I was most happy with all, including internet which was stable enough to work on in rainy season, a real bouns! Thanks guys. I'll stay again if I return to Santa Teresa.
