das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet. super Aussicht, toll, dass es sogar einen Balkon hat. zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten am Victoria square, am Central Market, in Chinatown und auch zur Rundle Mall ist man schnell zu Fuss. das Appartement ist sehr ruhig, aus den Nachbar Wohnungen hört man nichts, der Straßen Verkehr ist nur leise wahrnehmbar.

The apartment was on a corner of the 9th floor. There was a lot of light and air and a great view. There was good sound proofing in the apartment. I appreciated the streaming service which was available.
I struggled to find the key safe lock, even though it was just around the corner from the front door. I walked right past it and misinterpreted the text which was sent.

The location was perfect.
The property was dirty. Hair all over the bathroom. Mould in the shower. The kitchen utensils (cutlery, plastic plates) very poor quality. Some suspicious activity on entering and exiting the property.
