The quality of this chalet is exceptional. Bridget, the owner and host, has done an amazing job decorating this chalet to a very high standard. It is so clean and the attention to detail is so impressive. The views from the chalet are just breathtaking and waking up to those views every morning is something special. Bridget’s gorgeous dogs Fizz and Belle are so friendly and lovely to have around. Bridget is a wonderful host, extremely helpful and great for local advice. We loved our week here and made special memories. We will be back and would highly recommend.

The chalet we stayed in was exceptional and Bridgit was most welcoming. A great living space with everything you could possibly wish for, and Bridget could not have been more helpful. The chalet had amazing unspoiled views down to the sea; the name "Wave Watcher" certainly lived up to its promise. The location still has an authentically Irish rural feel despite being popular with tourists - none of whom were even close by. The area has many lovely beaches and plenty of hiking and other outside activities such as sea kayaking in the Clifden area. Clifden is the biggest town which also has an authentically Irish atmosphere despite being popular with tourists. There is something for everybody in Bridget's Connemara!
In truth there was nothing to dislike!

Absolutely amazing place. The sound and the view of the waves can't be beaten - it really is the best place to go wave-watching! It is also quiet, immaculately clean and has everything you need. The light bright kitchen and dining end of the house overlooks the amazing view and the snug cosy lounge with huge TV and log-burner is great for the evenings. The huge walk in shower is great too. Bridget and Philip are really helpful, kind and friendly hosts who provide everything you need and help with great recommendations. We will definitely be back.
