Localização excelente. Rua tranquila. Local discreto e excelente custo-benefício. Comércio próximo e localização boa para quem quer passar o final de semana no zoológico de SP.
Limpeza deixou a desejar, porque se nota que o local aceita pets. Poderia ter caprichado mais na limpeza. O carro fica na rua, mas para SP é uma rua bem tranquila e não tivemos problemas com a pernoite do carro na rua.
