Walk to Ski Lift: Condo w/ Hot Tub in Durango!

Location is wonderful. Hot tub was great.

Condo was clean but ammenities need updates. Bathtub was not draining until we pulled a hairball out of the drain. Need better instructions on how to get the card keys for the unit. There was no address on the Kendall building (71 Needles Way was no where to be found). Instructions say go to another building to get the card key. It would be helpful to say where exactly to go. Maybe give the address of the lodging front desk.

You'll find this apartment to be one of the coziest and most comfortable in the Kendall building. It's super close to the main lift, local restaurants, and the little shops on the main plaza. Plus, having a washer and dryer is a huge bonus for guests.

We experienced a few small problems, such as the front left stove burner not working, the microwave lights being out, and the oven not being cleaned properly. We hope the owner gets these fixed soon. Upgrading the queen bed to a king size would be appreciated. A larger sofa would also be helpful. It should ideally unfold to a queen size. This would eliminate the need for an air mattress for the kids.
