Good location on the edge of town but only a short walk to the Main Street. Very good air conditioning. Responsive host- came over quickly when we couldn’t get the stove to work (turns out we accidentally enabled the child lock) . Made the couch bed up for us. We are 2 adults and 2 teenage boys

Great location adjacent to the VIA FRANCIGENA route. Very clean. Good communication. Very spacious.
Breakfast was poor. Also the bed had one sheet and a heavy quilt. With the quilt on we were far too hot. With it off we were cold. We did not sleep well as a result.
