Movinn Expand - Pinheiros

I really enjoyed living here. it is the top floor so I got an amazing sunset everyday in the balcony/living room. I enjoyed the heated pool, the 24 hour concession stand, and the remote control German black out blinds. I got great sleep every night. The mall Eduardo is nearby. Food delivery and Ubers arrive seamlessly. There is a safe waiting area behind the security gate. The elevators are fast.

BE WARY!!! there is a 1500 realis deposit. after I checked out, they said the deposit would be returned to me in 3 to 4 weeks. they said it is not immediate. I set a calendar reminder so i did not forget. 3 weeks later, the deposit still hasn't been refunded. I reach out to the team and they said they would work on it right away and refund it the next day. 2 more days passed and there is no refund. As I write this review, I still have not received my deposit back. before I left, I took video evidence of the apartment in spotless condition. Aside from the deposit issue, the motion sensing hallway lights also shut off too quickly which leave me standing in complete darkness while I wait for elevators. I have to constantly be waving my arm or pacing to make sure they stay on (scary for a single woman travelling alone)

Extremely comfortable, in a great location, and very easy to access. The building staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Having a free parking spot was a great plus.

The only minor issue was that I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, although the host promptly offered help via chat.
