Nice place to stay .

The apartament was very clean , well equipped , modern and with new furniture . Good parking spots , electric car charging .

The apartment was exceptional - very clean, modern and beautifully presented. Without any doubt, the best property that we have used in more than 10 years of using booking.com !! It provides an excellent base for a tour around the Tuscany area. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, with comprehensive joining instructions provided in advance, and responding very quickly to any queries during our stay.

Wunderschöne moderne und voll ausgestattet Wohnung

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Sogar Kaffee, Zucker, Salz und Gewürze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Danke, für den leckeren Kaffee! Das gab es noch nie. Auch wurden an kleine Goodies gedacht, in denen Reinungspads, Wattestäbchen und sogar eine Nagelfeile drin waren. Die Terrasse war sehr einladend. Super war das Zugangssystem zur Wohnung und zum Parkplatz, was aber immer eine Internetverbindung mit sich bringt. Die Gemeinde Montelupo wirkte sehr ländlich und ist umgeben von einem Berg. Trotzdem war man schnell auf der Umgehungsstraße. Auch die Bahn ist nur einen Kilometer entfernt und der Parkplatz kostenfrei zu nutzen. Innerhalb von 30min ist man mit der Bahn in Florenz

Was erst einmal etwas erschreckend war, war die Bahnstrecke, die direkt am Haus vorbei fährt ungefähr alle 10min. Dies war aber am Abend schon nicht mehr zu hören, denn die Fenster und Fensterläden haben den Lärm der Bahn gut abgehalten. Etwas schwierig zu begehen, ist die Treppe mit Gepäck, von der ersten zur zweiten Etage. Für ältere Menschen ist es daher etwas schwierig.

Klasse Apartment mit moderner Einrichtung

Super Gastgeberin! Alles toll erklärt! Im Apartment erwartete jeder von uns eine Flasche Wasser, ein kleiner Snack und ein Goody-Bag! Echt klasse! Alles war da, was wir brauchten! Super super sauber!!! Große Terrasse mit Stühlen und Tisch und Longe Möbeln. Ein großer Parkplatz, der sogar mit eine Elektroladestation ausgestattet ist! Kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Ottimo appartamento

Appartamento su due piani molto curato, pulito, ampio e confortevole. È possibile chiudere una porta tra i due piani, isolando la scala e rendendo più sicuri gli spazi per chi ha bimbi piccoli come nel nostro caso. Cucina completa, noi abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte ma sicuramente si presta per soggiorni più lunghi. Accesso completamente automatizzato, richiede qualche passaggio preparatorio (per il download dell’app e la registrazione) ma ha funzionato tutto benissimo. Ilaria molto gentile e disponibile.

Appartamento wow e assolutamente da prenotare!

Appartamento bellissimo, spazioso e super arredato! Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Si trova vicino alla stazione ferroviaria (comodissima x viaggiare col treno) e da li ci siamo spostati a Firenze, Pisa e Roma!!! La macchina e’ rimasta parcheggiata e non l’abbiamo spostata dal parcheggio di fronte. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Toscana con i fiocchi

Abbiamo apprezzato tutto di questo appartamento! Ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra, con accorgimenti di chi sa esattamente cosa serve quando si sta fuori casa. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti dell'opportunità di godere delle bellezze dei luoghi circostanti sostando in un appartamento di facile accesso, con posto macchina privato alla porta e ogni confort che si possa immaginare!

Hormis ce problème d'accès, séjour excellent

La proximité de la gare pour aller à Florence, la proximité des commerces, l'appartement en lui-même

La difficulté pour récupérer les clés, tout étant informatisé, cela n'est pas donné à tout le monde de se servir de l'informatique pour tout. Nous avons 80 ans, plutôt bons en informatique mais c'était trop compliqué pour nous et stressant, heureusement que la propriétaire nous a aimablement proposé de venir en personne nous porter les clés et nous l'en remercions. Je suggère de bien préciser sur l'annonce qu'il vaut mieux être compétent en informatique pour accéder sans stress à l'appartement

Appartamento perfetto, appena ristrutturato e perfettamente funzionante in tutto. Come le foto. Cura maniacale nei dettagli. Oste molto attenta e cordiale. Ampia terrazza sicuramente godibile nella bella stagione. Da tornarci.

Il wifi non funzionava bene, ma sicuramente è stato un problema momentaneo che di domenica sera non si poteva riparare.
