Once in the apartment, it was very fine, especially all the facilities.

Location was excellent. Short walk to the bus stop to Basel airport and to the station for trains into Basel. Many restaurants of many difference cuisines within a short walk. Close to the countryside for walking and enjoying the environment.

You must read the instructions before arrival for the codes for the entrance to the building, entrance to the apartment and for the wifi!

Geräumig, modern und verkehrsgünstig gelegen

Sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet; die Unterkunft bietet sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten, die man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Zudem überzeugt die hervorragende Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Autobahn sowie zur Schweizer Grenze.

Gutgelegene, schöne und geräumige Wohnung

Liebevoll engerichtete Wohnung. Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖV. Der Balkon ist gemütlich eingerichtet (da ich im Dezember da war habe ich ihn allerdings kaum benutzt). Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Der Kühlschrank ist relativ laut für jene, die auf dem Bettsofa übernachten (Ohropax sind für empfindliche Naturen zu empfehlen). Im Treppenaufgang roch es manchmal extrem nach Zigarettenrauch. Zum Glück war aber die Wohnungstür diesbezüglich dicht.

Líbilo se nám úplně všechno, krásný, moderní apartmán v klidné lokalitě blízko centra a nákupů. Výborná káva k dispozici. Snadný a srozumitelný check-in, parkování zdarma u domu. Nadstandardní komunikace s Patrikem, je vidět, že mu záleží na spokojenosti klientů.

Wie immer alles Bestens. Tolle moderne Wohnung, gepflegt und sauber, mit grossem Balkon für Raucher. Bequemes Bett und Sofa. Schnelles Internet. Total ausgestatete Küche, alles was man braucht und mehr. Eine ruhige Lage, zu Fuss innert 5-10 Minuten bis zum Zentrum. REWE 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Immer gerne wieder.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küchenutensilien ließen keine Wünsche offen und waren in großer Zahl vorhanden. Auch eine Spül- und eine Waschmaschine gibt es. Die ganze Wohnung war sehr sauber. (Nicht vom etwas schmuddeligen Treppenhaus abschrecken lassen.) Fragen beantwortete der Vermieter prompt. Die Bushaltestelle „Berliner Platz“ ist nur drei Minuten entfernt; von dort kommt man mit Bus und Tram nach Basel.

Alles war bestens.

Fantastische, luxe plek om omringende landen én plaatsen te bezoeken

Het appartement was werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Luxe, ruim en schoon. De week vloog dan ook voorbij. Goede ligging om van alles in Duitsland, Zwitserland en Frankrijk te ondernemen. Contact met Patrick verliep prettig, snel en gastvrij.

Die Wohnung war gross und bequem.

Es hatte einen schönen Balkon den wir nicht benutzen konnten, da es ein Wespennest hatte und die Wespen uns überfielen wenn wir rausgingen.

Ein tolles Apartment, wie auf den Fotos beschrieben! Besonders toll fanden wir bei den hohen Temperaturen die Klimaanlage sowie die Sauberkeit des Apartments. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Erreichbarkeit des netten Besitzers.

Top Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Lage ist perfekt. Durch den Schlüsselcode ist man schnell in die Wohnung aber auch ins Haus gekommen. Die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, trugen dazu bei, dass man seine Koffen nicht meilenweit schleppen musste. Die Wohnung und die große Terassse waren perfekt. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und man möchte lieber bleiben, als abreisen. Mann ist n wenigen Gehminuten in der Innenstadt, Einmkaufen restaurants alles in der Nähe. Ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder und hoffe, dass die Wohnung dann auch frei ist:)
