Villa de Chazha Guesthouse

Loved my stay at Villa de Chazha Guesthouse! This will definitely be my go-to place every time I travel to Francistown. Excellent service all around, especially from the night guard, Kebone, who kindly lent us a charger when we realized we forgot ours. Highly recommend!

Staff brilliant with great service and reasonably priced. Newly built and good facilities. I needed freezer space and there was only a small bar fridge in the room with tiny freezer compartment designed for ice trays. But thankfully the staff made space for me in the large fridge freezer in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Their card machine doesn't accept Master Card only Visa. Possibly the also accept Diner's Club and American Express, but not sure. This isn't their fault, it's a challenge with their bank and they promised to engage their bank to rectify this issue otherwise they said they would open an account with another bank so they can accept Master Cards. But this said, we were able to make a plan to sort out the payment by way of transfer.

Das Bett war sehr komfortabel, die Anlage selbst ist gepflegt und die Zimmer waren super sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Für uns war es ein sehr guter Stopover in Francistown.

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, zum Innenhof hin ist es also etwas lauter, sobald dort Menschen reden.

The room was very spacious, modern & clean. Everything was perfect.

We were professionally welcomed, however, when we relaxed at the pool, the staff was unnecessarily disruptive when congregated at the laundry room, watching reels and laughing loudly.
