Location, building security, owners quick response, everything available in one step

One room have no ac. All 3 family members sleep in living room,on sofa cum bed and extra bed there should be ac in 2nd room also.

Albania was a genuinely memorable experience. The country offers stunning landscapes, warm hospitality, and a rich blend of cultural backgrounds that make it a pleasure to explore. The people we met were consistently kind, welcoming, and proud of their heritage, which added greatly to the enjoyment of our trip Albania is best enjoyed with a rental car. Many must see destinations are spread out and not easily accessible from Tirana without driving. Hiring a car proved far more cost‑effective than relying on taxis, and although public transport is available, it can be unreliable, particularly in hot weather, where air conditioning and schedules may be inconsistent. A word of caution: driving standards can be poor, so confidence and vigilance on the road are essential. The property we stayed in was well located, offering convenient access to central Tirana and its main attractions. For the price paid, the location itself felt fair and practical for a short stay. Given that our stay was only one week, we chose not to escalate the matter further, but had we been staying longer, we would have considered moving to a different property. Albania is absolutely a country we would recommend to anyone. The culture, scenery, and people make it a destination worth visiting, and we fully intend to return in the future. However, we would not choose to stay in the same apartment again.

While the location was excellent, the condition of the apartment unfortunately did not meet expectations. Several issues were present upon arrival: The main bathroom shower was not functional as a shower and you would need to have a bucket bath. The second bathroom had a missing shower door and a missing mixer head holder The toilet flush in the second bathroom was partially repaired and difficult to use, making flushing difficult. There was no smoke detector installed.The gas hob was not functioning. The upper bunk bed had no safety barrier and no steps, making it unsafe for children.Because we have three children, we had to put bedding on the floor for our third child.We reported these issues to the host, but none were fixed during our stay. These issues were raised with the host but were not resolved during our stay, even though he/ she said they were going to come and repair the bunk bed. Payment was requested in cash, and an elderly lady (pleasant)was sent to collect it. yet the concerns we raised remained unaddressed.
