El apartamento muy lindo!! La piscina,la ambientacion del piso 31. Muy buena la seguridad del edificio.

Que hubo muchos imprevistos...4 días antes de viajar me cancelaron la reserva, por una falla de Booking supuestamente...Le comenté que viajábamos con un niño y que esa cancelación me generaba grandes inconvenientes y llegamos a un acuerdo...Cuando llegamos al aeropuerto me avisan que me cambian de dpto, a otro lugar a 1 km de distancia. El edificio hermoso, super moderno, pero nunca me trajeron toallas ni sábanas para el niño, pese a que las reclamé.

the apartment is really only suitable for two people. We stayed as a family of four, which the listing allows, but the sofa bed in the living area was extremely uncomfortable and covered in dog hair. Even more problematic was our arrival: after a 20-hour journey, with two very tired children, we discovered that the sofa bed had not been made up and there were no sheets or bedding available for us to do it ourselves. We had to contact the host and wait about an hour before receiving the necessary linens, which was frustrating given the circumstances. Additionally, there was only cutlery and tableware for three people, which was surprising for a place advertised for four guests. The apartment is also very noisy — we were woken up by a loud argument from the neighbors. The studio felt somewhat worn, and we unfortunately also noticed several cockroaches during our stay. In summary, the place can be a reasonable option for two adults on a budget who value location, but it is not suitable for a family of four, and there are several issues that should be addressed to improve the overall experience.
