The Smart Concierge - Bahar 6

The location of this apartment (bahar 6) is ideal location, minutes walk away from marina and 2 mins walk to jbr beach with a neighbourhood mosque. Allday store downstairs. The balcony faces marina, so you get an amazing view of the promenade from the top.

The lighting in the apartment is very dim which make the apartment spooky, one side of the bedroom lights arent working. The attached bathroom toilet is leaked, so you’ll get a nasty smell of the leaked toilet in your bedroom.

Excellent location, spotless clean

Hmm, the space is very cosy as very small for 2 people . Only 1 wardrobe and that's it . Essentials not provided , 2 towels ( we did asked extra and was provided another 2) It's advertised that can fit 3 people based only on sleeping space - yes king bed + 1 sofa but not wardrobes so I kept my clothes in suitcase that was the biggest downer. Only 3 toilet paper provided - on what Bahar has to offer and the prices per night should consider offer the best from the best and this time wasn't like that . One fact is sure , is was just on the limit of ok but I won't be booking again rn in future .

Staff not very helpful, had to ask nunerous times for help with the luggage as we arrived earlier than check-in and never received any advice, not even that they are not able to help which would be much better than silent treatment and our questions being completely ignored for hours. They were also aware that there will be three of us in the apartment, but sofa bed was not made and there was no pilowcase, there were only two sets of towels and when I asked for more the staff told me to look in the cabinet and when I said I have looked literally everywhere in the apertment I again received silent trratment for days and ofcourse no third set of towels was provided. Overall, very bad communication and attitude and I hope to never have to deal with someone so unhelpful. Apartment could be cleaner overall. Toilet was leaking.
