1 Mi to Beach: Home w/ Patio & Grill in Hampton!

The overall view of the house was very good. But after getting settled in, I noticed that the floors were not cleaned, rugs were dirty. The trash had not been picked up, the house had lots of flies in it with some dead ones on the kitchen floor, the washer where you put the detergent had black residue on it, made me feel like it was gonna get on my clothes, the section that holds the fabric softener filled up with water, the upstairs bathroom had visible signs of mice dripping, a coffee cup was taken from the cabinet which had not been washed. It had dried up coffey still in it. The window units the seal was not good, so possibly the flies were coming in through the cracks. The beds were comfortable and the porch was nice to sit out and enjoy. The house did have cooking utensils

It could have been cleaner. See above comment

Convenient location, well stocked kitchen

Property had not been cleaned, likely an issue with changing our dates and working across Booking.com and Evolve (the rental management group). My husband and I communicated and confirmed this change with both parties, but we* still arrived to a dirty house. *Credit where it's due, it was actually my MIL, and she was very gracious about it
