Clean, well equipped apartment and furnishings. Entrance hall good for drying gear. One WC on each floor. Powerful shower. Washing machine and detergent. Responsive staff.
Minor issues: No coffee maker. The bedrooms are typical Japanese size (queen bed fills the room). The official carpark is around the corner, 50m walk along the main road.

Clean, comfortable and an easy drive to the resort. Check in was easy as well.
The designated parking lot filled up so we had to confirm with the host where we could park. The internet quality was not great - slow speeds and none of us could use WhatsApp video calls to chat with our families. The audio would not work unless we disconnected from the wifi.

Convenient to Hirafu/Niseko and Rusutsu ski areas.
Comfortable enough, but photos were misleading. Apartment had 2 double beds and 2 single roll out futons. Photos showed twin bunkbeds. Futon mattresses were very thin and there was no space to unroll without moving away the table that was in the way. Also supply boxes cluttered the area under the stairs and the entryway. There were cobwebs and hair in some corners. The entryway smelled of kerosene fumes from the heating. The venting may be leaking.
