Great apartment in the center of Nettuno. Excellently equipped – a full kitchen with everything a family could need. Keys handed over in person by Marcello, thank you! Cleanliness was top-notch, communication with the host was excellent. We had everything we needed, beds were comfortable. It's a very modern building with its own secured parking – which we made great use of, as we rented a car from a nearby rental. Recommended for families with children as well as couples.

Just a small note – the heating/cooling is handled by underfloor heating. It works great, but keep in mind that the floor is cold in summer, so slippers are a good idea :)

Our stay was fabulous. Marcello was a wonderful host. We had a really nice stay here. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable and everything was tidy. You cannot hear the traffic when the windows are closed which is great. You are so close to the beach. 5 minute walk! And you’re so close to the medieval quarter which is full of restaurants and bars. Round the corner from the train station for a quick jaunt into Rome if you so wish! Only an hour away. But the place was absolutely fantastic and I would definitely stay here again. Communication was excellent and Marcello was fab! Thank you!
