Krásny apartmán v modernej budove s veľmi pohodlnými posteľami, v byte bolo čisto a ticho, skvelá poloha a dobre dostupná súkromná podezmná garáž. Z hľadiska bývania samotného všetko veľmi fajn.

Neodporúčam firemným klientom - bol problém zaplatiť za zálohu jednorazovou kartou vygenerovanou pre internetové platby, musela som zadávať plné údaje z karty proti firemným zásadám bezpečnosti a ubytovateľ mi s tým veľmi nemal ochotu pomôcť, alternatíva bola iba poslať 100 € na účet bez akejkoľvek zálohovej FA, čo som odmietla. Krásne bývanie, ale skôr asi na súkromné účely, nie pre firemných zákazníkov.

The apartment is very nice, clean, situated in a good area. It has all amenities you need to make it a great stay & parking available.

The QR code provided for entering the building didn't work, we called the agency but they didn't help that much with the code itself, just asking if we could get in and try again. The check-in process is laborious.

The property is about a 30 minute walk to old town, 40 minutes, to the castle & the UFO observation point. There is a Tesco express below which is handy but you might as well walk 10 minutes to the shopping centre literally around the corner where there was a massive Lidl everything you’ll need is there. The main bus station is in the basement part of the shopping centre which is also quite handy. There is a freezer which is a big bonus because most apartments don’t have 1 , we left half a bottle of vodka in there for the next tenant. Lots of teas and coffees I guess from previous people who have visited we never used any so there should be lots there. If you can’t find the cutlery like we couldn’t, it was still in the dishwasher never thought of looking. The electric blinds are very good if you go out for the day it’s very sunny. Keep department very cool. I don’t think the air conditioning really kept anything cool but the balcony is very nice apart from the City views which aren’t really there

When you get your welcome messages you have to go on a small Easter egg hunt for the keys which is a good 5 minute walk depending how able bodied you are to the lockbox. Make sure you read the instructions correctly when you want to open the actual door to the apartment because it can be a little bit fiddly. If you put the code in 3 times incorrectly as we found out the alarm for the door will go off which will whale on for 10 minutes. It will then will reset so you can try again The description said city views . I would hardly call it a city view, if the view from your balcony is apartments across the road on a busy B road. Unfortunately the cleaner was new we were advised , as she didn’t empty the bin in the bathroom which had used nappies and we did make the agent aware and they gave us late checkout till 12 o’clock for a compromise which was okay. I do think it’s a bit mean on the flip side that that will cost you if you want to check in early or late there is a fee. You have to scout around if you want to find the extra towels because it wasn’t clear where they were we found them in one of the many cupboards in the lounge. The bathroom there should be a shower curtain or something for splashback because when you’re in the shower, you’ll find all the water will eventually go down the side of the bath so the extra towels helps. The toilet seat was a little bit wobbly and there was a random coat hook stuck to the side of the bath which was just bizarre. You’ll see the picture there’s a black rack, this is not actually fixed to anything. It’s just leaning against the wall no idea what this is for so we just put it in the lounge by the couch for safety reasons. It does say double bed but I wouldn’t call it a double bed when there’s two single mattresses and two single duvets on the bed.., I think you would need more hangers because there’s not many in the main bedroom.
