O local é muito bom, nos hospedamos em 4. Um casal e mais duas pessoas solteiras. Tem estacionamento gratuito, e os anfitriões são muito atenciosos. É próximo de supermercado e do aeroporto. Próximo, mas você terá que usar carro ou Uber. A cidade de Fortaleza é bem grande. No condomínio tem piscina e um mercadinho. Recomendo se hospedar nesse apartamento.
Não tem ar condicionado em todos os quartos, somente ventilador. Ar somente no quarto de casal. Também não tem água quente no chuveiro. Mas como é quente o ano todo não chega a ser um problema. Mas era bom deixar claro no anúncio essas informações.

First and outmost we were super impressed by the stuff, they received us so lovingly and everything was super easy. The apartment was specious and clean. There is a private parking and you can enter and leave whenever you want. There is also a swimming pool but as we stayed just one night we didn’t try it out. The stuff was available all the time.
The bed was a bit too soft for our taste, but it was still comfortable, we slept well. There could be warm water, but also cold water was manageable, since it is hot weather.
