Muy byena ubicación. Cerca de la playa y restaurantes y tiendas al lado. Interior perfecto para descansar no sé oía ningún ruido de la calle.

Good location close to the beach. Manager of the building tried his best to be helpful. I just needed a crash pad between my arrival at Tetouen bus station and late evening flight to Casablanca and wanted to check out Martil (beach) and booked this place because it was near the beach and cheap. It served my needs because I just only used it to keep my bags and use the bathroom. I didn’t even spend the night. It’s a good value for apartment size and location.
The check in wasn’t very smooth as #1 exact address isn’t provided; #2 the owner had to coordinate with building supervisor and they didn’t seem aligned; and #3 communication wasn’t always timely. The apartment was spartan - no toilet paper, no toiletries, no towels.
