Quiet neighbourhood, clean unit, and very responsive host.
Grey coloured bathing towels. Though they felt clean, white spotless towels will give more confidence.

There is a lot of room available in the house (around 10 beds). Amazing that on the underground floor, you can enjoy your private onsen in the house.
Only one bathroom availble on the second floor. Host should provide "manual or handbook" for guest introduction. If not, you cannot get the hot water for entire the house or don't know where to park your car.

It's a full house in a residential neighborhood -- just like living there. The house was fully outfitted with all the things that you might get for yourself, like a coffee maker. Everything was spotless.

This house is amazing. Travelled with my children and while I was hoping for them to experience a traditional Onsen, they were not but that was ok because this house had its own large one. It was only a 7 minute walk from Tengachaya station which had an extensive range of stores and restaurants.
