全ての点で満足感はあり、リピートを考えるレベル。
全体的に無駄がなく、ごちゃごちゃしていなくて良い。
キッチン周りの設備が充実していて、使い勝手が良い。
寝室はベッド以外に布団もあり、小さい子供が寝るのに安心。
寝室は3つあるが、3名のためか、2つしか使用出来ず、1つは鍵が掛かっており使用できなかった。施設の全てが使えないことが残念に感じた。
トイレ周りが狭く、また段差もあり、使い勝手があまり良くなかった。
シャワー室の排水が悪く、シャワーを浴びていると水が溜まってしまう。
玄関がガラスに対して全てが覆われない暖簾だけなので、特に夜は外から丸見えでプライバシーが無くなってしまう。全てが隠れる暖簾か、屏風や衝立などがあると良かった。

まず、建物がとてもおしゃれ。
一棟貸しなので、大人数でもゆったり過ごせます。
置いてある備品も建物にマッチしていてトータルコーディネートがよかった。
海のすぐ近くのロケーションなので、朝に海辺まで散歩したり、周りが一般のお宅なので、銚子の街の雰囲気を間近に感じられます。
バスタブがないので、湯船には浸かれなかったです。
