The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful, and the service is very convenient, with a WhatsApp AI agent available to answer all your questions at any time. Important: There is no reception on site, so you need to check your email for instructions. You will find a WhatsApp number where you must send your ID and confirm your details in order to receive the access codes for the hotel entrance and your room.

the elevator was working on the first day but broke down on the second day

The best thing about the stay was the location of the apartment, the keyless entry and the WiFi connection.

The apartment hardly had any cutlery or plates in the kitchen, no mugs for coffee in the room or kitchen. It didn't even have washing liquid in the kitchen, I had to ask the AI assistant. I booked to clean the room, I was told they would clean the room but it never happened throughout the whole stay. No staff at the apartment, just one cleaner. In the room we were provided with only two coffee pods. The bed was soo uncomfortable, we both struggled to sleep. If you are going to stay here remember to bring cups, mugs, cutlery, washing up liquid and to clean your room yourself. The washing machine was constantly in use so was unable to use it, we had to go elsewhere to wash our clothes. We were also only provided with two toilet rolls for a 6 day stay. The kitchen was always dirty so we refused to cook there.
