The location, the pool, the rooms are nice and the facilities (gym, playground, ect)
Breakfast was quite poor, bed and pillows were too hard… pool is very cold.

The entrance is breathtaking with a beautifully organized garden and stunning scenery. The hotel is well maintained, very clean, and offers many activities suitable for all ages. The cave is a unique and memorable feature.
There is no TV in the rooms, and the rooms are not soundproof, so conversations from other guests and crying children can be heard clearly.

Fantastic staff and manager Nicholas was beyond helpful.
Ground floor room was private, light and modern with a nice outside space.
Breakfasts were great.
Well located for visiting Volcanoes National Park, Twin Lakes and surroundings.
