ViLLA ARHAN

Villa ARHAN is in a perfect location for a quiet rest and very close to the downtown night life of Kalkan. We came as a family of 5 adults and 6 children ages from 3 to 15 and everybody found a comfortable room to sleep in and activities to enjoy. Villa allowed us to be together in a spacy living room and kitchen with the ability to have a private time for adults by the pool and on the roof balcony, which both have a separate kitchenette and a fridge. Everything that you can only think of was there: 3 fridges, 4 safes, 2 stoves, washing machine and a vacuum cleaner, barbeque place and even a shower by the pool. We had enough pottery, cups and glasses for all day-to day needs we had. Every floor had a sun dryer and the outdoor chairs to enjoy the view. The Host invited us as a hospitality gesture with a little snack and tea-coffee supply for the first day, he was very attentive and responded to our requests immediately. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It was one emergency situation when the water was shut off for the whole area, for the half of the day so it was fun to be creative and to make our stay comfortable during this time. Just one recommendation that a juice maker will be helpful to make fresh orange juice.

The villa was lovely and spacious. All bedrooms have en-suite showers that work really well. The beds are very comfortable and lovely views from the top bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. There is a big water machine and the owner replaced bottles as soon as asked at a reasonable price. He was always on call if needed and very accommodating which we appreciated. The area is lovely and quiet and only a v short taxi ride into Kalkan centre. Taxi's are very easy to catch. It is too hot to walk!

One of the bedrooms on the middle floor smelt - I think it was the drains in the bathroom which did clear eventually. We didn't flag it as it didn't bother my daughter. The hot water tap in the sink didn't have any hot water in bedroom's en-suite. We told the owner when we left and he was going to sort immediately. Again it didn't bother us and they would have been sorted immediately if we had asked.
