Sometimes the noise from apartment above

Host met us and gave us an orientation of the property, even gave us recommendations on what to do, where to eat, attractions around the area. Host was very responsive when we had questions about the property. Property was about 10 mins walk to the center of town. It was very spacious and comfortable.

The shower in all 3 bathrooms were small and not comfortable to use. One was really small and was impossible to use. The one attached to the master bedroom was quite small, but can still be used. The biggest bathroom had the most spacious shower area, but it still was not spacious enough for a comfortable shower. The angle the shower was positioned madethe water spray towards the wall and not downwards. It's a pity they didn't make the shower in this bathroom bigger given it has so much space. Also, the hot water was intermittent during out stay. It was available most of the time but not 100% of the time (maybe 80-90%). Aside from above, everything else worked!

Хубав квартал, широк апартамент, бяхме отседнали две семейства с едно дете на 4г, всеки си имаше своята стая и не сме си пречили. Страхотен балкон с гледка към вулкана. Чудесен за следобедна чаша вино. Домакините бяха любезни, отзивчиви, съдействаха ми със всичко.

Апартамента е зареден само за базови нужди, тоалетната хартия не е достатъчна- по едно руло в тоалетна, за по-дълъг престои като нашия трябваше сами да си набавяме още, има миялна, но няма таблетки за миялната- неизползваема екстра. Нямаше сапун (донесоха ни поне това при заявка) и кафе, ако искаш трябва да си купиш. Много шумно куче на съседите, започваше да лае от 6 сутринта

A spacious apartment in a quiet location.

On first entering the apartment, everything looked clean and tidy. However, we were soon to find a sticky cup ring on the bedroom cabinet, dust on window sills, top of headboards and light shades and a dirty tabletop on the balcony. Dirty laundry was also left in the utility room, all of which made us feel uncomfortable. The bedrooms were spacious but the space was wasted as there were no drawers to store underwear and other personal items so we all lived out of our suitcases! The apartment became overtaken by ants during our stay. They were everywhere, especially in the kitchen. They were on the floor, the table, the worktops, the sink and running up the doorframe in their thousands. I was getting bitten every time I tried to do something in the kitchen. They eventually found their way into our bedroom, luckily on the last night. There is a sign on the wall, threatening to fine €50 if you don’t adhere to the recycling rules. We recycle all the time at home so isn’t a problem for us. However, there were not enough bins for all the categories. We had to start up a general rubbish bin ourselves as well as a paper one. Also, be prepared to empty a large container of water on the balcony every day from the air con. Our toilet stopped working just days into our stay so we flushed it in the mornings with that water!! Lastly, we were charged an extra 20 euros for arriving after 8pm which is unreasonable because most apartments have a key left in a safe place so that you can arrive anytime. Overall, this apartment is let down by the owners and is overpriced. It should have been at least €1000 cheaper.
